Large-scale/university projects, ERP/PMIS, public or donor-funded projects, strategic IT planning, systems integration, cybersecurity and risk management are preferred or advantageous. |
Procurement Specialist | Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration or a relevant field. Relevant master's and public-procurement certifications preferred. | Minimum 4 years in procurement. PPRA/public-sector financial-system experience preferred; ERP procurement systems, negotiation, contract management, ethics and attention to detail required or expected. |
Procurement Assistant | Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration or a relevant field. | Minimum 2 years in procurement. Contract-management knowledge, documentation, record-keeping, MS Word and Excel proficiency; PPRA/public-sector procurement familiarity is an advantage. |
Finance Assistant | Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a relevant discipline, or a full/part accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA or ICMA. | Minimum 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience. Accounting/ERP software and Excel proficiency preferred, with analytical ability, accuracy, integrity and transparency. |
